I can't log in even though my password is correct. What should I do?

First, make sure Caps Lock is off and there are no spaces before or after your password. If it still fails, try clearing your browser cache or using incognito mode. If your account has been locked after several failed login attempts, wait 15 minutes before trying again, or contact AW88 customer support via 24/7 live chat to unlock your account immediately.

Can I log in from multiple devices at the same time?

AW88 allows access from multiple devices; however, for security purposes, any active previous session may be terminated when you log in from a new device. This is an automatic security measure to ensure no unauthorised access to your account. For the best experience, it is recommended to use one primary device for your gaming sessions.

How long does an AW88 login session stay active?

AW88 browser login sessions will automatically expire after a period of inactivity as a security measure. If you are using the mobile app and select the "Remember me" option, the session will remain active longer. However, you are advised to log out manually after each session, especially on shared devices.

Is logging in via mobile phone secure?

Yes, completely secure. The AW88 app uses the same encryption protocols as the desktop version — 256-bit SSL for all data communication. In addition, the app supports biometric authentication (fingerprint or face recognition), providing an extra layer of security not available with password-based login alone.

Can I change my username after registering?

Your AW88 username is permanent once registered and cannot be changed on your own. This is a security policy to ensure every account maintains a consistent identity. If you have a specific need to change your username, please contact the AW88 support team via live chat and they will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.

Login via the AW88 Mobile App

For players who prefer gaming on a smartphone, the AW88 mobile app offers a faster and more convenient login experience compared to browsing the website. The app is available for free on iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded directly from the App us.

Advantages of logging in via the app compared to a regular browser include:

Biometric authentication — use fingerprint or face recognition to log in without typing your password every time.
Persistent session — an option to stay logged in on your personal device, so you can keep playing without logging in repeatedly.
Push notifications — receive instant notifications directly on your phone's home screen when there are exclusive promotions or important account activity.
Optimised interface — a layout optimised for small screens, ensuring every button and menu is easy to reach with your thumb.

The AW88 App uses encrypted session tokens — your login credentials are not stored as plain text on your device. Even if your phone is lost, your account remains secure and can be accessed from another device after identity verification.

Best Practices for Keeping Your Account Secure

Secure login starts with good habits. Here are the security guidelines recommended by the AW88 technical team for all account holders:

Use a unique password — do not use the same password as your email, social media, or banking accounts.
Enable 2FA — two-factor authentication is the most important layer of protection you can enable on any online account.
Avoid public Wi-Fi — when logging in at public places such as cafés or shopping malls, use your own mobile data or a trusted VPN.
Check the URL — make sure you access AW88 through the official URL only and not fake websites that mimic our design.
Log out when you're done — especially when using a device shared with family members or friends.
Update your password regularly — change your password every few months as a proactive precaution.

What Awaits You After Login

Once your login session is successful, you are brought straight to your personal dashboard that loads everything you need in one view. At the top of the screen, your account balance is displayed in real time. Below that, you can see promotions currently active for your account, games you have recently played, and new game recommendations based on your gaming history.

From the same dashboard, you can manage deposits and withdrawals, check transaction status, access the loyalty programme, or contact customer support for any issues that need resolving. All these functions are accessible without navigating to another page, making your gaming experience smoother and more efficient.

AW88 also maintains a complete game history in your account, allowing you to review past results, total wagering amounts, and win statistics from any previous session. This is not only useful for managing your gaming budget, but also helps you play more responsibly over time.
